Eros I need your help. I work with my ex girlfriend and I want to make her jealous so she will want to be with me again. Sometimes I flirt with customers or my coworkers to make her jealous. What else can I do to make her want me again?

First off be careful flirting with coworkers because sexual harrasments suits are way out of control. Women are just waiting for a guy to do something like this so they can sue them for every last penny. If you really want to get this girl back then you need to try something besides making her jealous. Your ex girlfriend will just think you are an asshole or desperate if you flirt with every female customer that walks in the door. A better approach would be to write her a letter or talk to her about the relationship. Do not ask her to take you back, this will sound to desperate. Instead ask your ex if you can get past the issues that ended the realtionship and give it one more shot. If your ex cannot get over the problems then maybe it was not meant to be. Instead of flirting with all the customers find a pretty one you like and start something new.
