3 Second Rule- The 3 second rule is the idea that you should talk to a girl within 3 seconds of seeing her. If you hesitate the girl will notice and you will also convince yourself not to talk to her. When you see the smile make sure you start talking.
Alpha Male - The Alpha Male is the big, strong, attractive guy that has everything going for him. Women want to be with him and guys want to be him.
Bitch Shield - When you are trying to meet a woman and she acts like a bitch when you talk to her this is just her bitch shield. This is a shield the woman uses to get guys to leave her alone. The woman is probably not a bitch but she can only take so many guys hitting on her a night.
Drama Queen - A drama queen is a woman that always needs drama in her life. This type of woman will gossip about everything and turn every situation into a fight. Try to avoid the drama queens. For some reason white girls seem to be huge drama queens.
Daddy Cravings - This refers to a girl that did not have a good father in her life. This type of girl wants you to act like her dad and let her know when she is doing something wrong. They crave guys that put them in there place because they never had a dad to do it for them. They seek guys attention because they did not get it while they were growing up.
Friend Line - The "Friend Line" is the line you want to cross with the girl you like. You try to get her to cross the friend line but she wants to just stay friends. Lovena is here to help you get her across that line.

Opportunity Knocking - This describes the time when a girl is vulnerable and you make your move to become more than friends. The girl will need someone around and you will be the person there for her. This is a great time to break out of the dreaded friend zone.
